About Me.
My name is Jade Petersen and I am 21 years old. I was born in Toowoomba and moved around a lot when I was younger due to my Dad's job. After a couple of moves we settled into Bowen QLD. I consider this beautiful coastal town as my home town. I love animals and have loads of pets (bird, dogs, cat, fish, bearded dragon, chickens). I have always wanted to act since I was very young. I did small community theatre programs and have been involved in a variety of school level productions. I was accepted into the CQCM bachelor of theatre course and decided to defer for 1 year. I am excited to be in this new chapter in my life and I am excited for what the future holds!

I was accepted into this program in 2021. I then deferred for one year and have started my degree last year. It has been incredible so far and I have already learnt so much. We have a production coming up very shortly; Heathers!

I loved this school and especially my drama teachers. They encouraged me to go for my goals and my acting dreams. I learnt a variety of skills that I am still using today. I achieved the subject award for Drama at the end of grade 12, for being the top of the class!
